Fine points, and certainly worth taking into consideration. We actually have a mountain of subjects, but it still seems impossible to predict if a subject will or won’t hit with the people in the room. That leads to a lot of dead-air-time, which I’m not posting. It’s actually incredibly difficult to find a heady topic that people are willing to even get into. Either way, it leads to us not wanting to crack the mics. Maybe I’ll take this time to search through my pile of emails and topics and whittle them down to the obviously good. I would prefer we post a show three-to-five times a week, but that’s ridiculous. That reminds me, I haven’t posted that stuff yet…

I think 3 guys works best when the topics are either heady (but often time this is not the case) or just plain old fucked up shit (which is usually gold). That being said in terms of content creation and trying to make recording fun I think that perhaps you guys should only record when you have accumulated enough stories with fucked up shit. This could also be driven by listener submission (i.e. don’t record until you get enough listener content). Just a thought

Structure, subjects, some back-end stuff. Getting ready to record and sitting down to record now feel like a job that I don’t get paid for, especially when I bring up a subject that doesn’t hit. I don’t know, it’s not a big deal. Like I said, it’s not the end of the show. This is more of an acknowledgment that we haven’t and likely won’t post with any regularity or frequency.

Ok, Here is a comment about Meat Madness. Sounds like an interesting concept that would definatly increase listnership if it got out there. I also liked the other ideas you guys threw out there on that episode where you mentioned it. I know my personal favorite meat is a tie between Pot Roast and Short Ribs. I guess I don’t personally enjoy just a big slab of meat being chared to death and dropped on a plate in front of me because I grew up with a father who was basicly a professional chef. So there, theres my favorite meat or whatever. And I’m not an asshole…I’m a dick thank you very much.
